I require 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules, anything under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their service fee, this will be added to your next appointment if you chose to reschedule! I understand we are all human and things happen. Upon specific circumstances if I feel necessary I will wave the fee. I value everyone’s time including my own, so please be respectful of that. No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and will NOT be eligible to reschedule their appointment. XO Eir
